Thanks to the efficiency of internet-based transactions, your
digital download or domain name can now be yours in record time!
For domain names, we will begin processing your new ownership as soon
as we receive payment for the auction - how's THAT for quick!
Plus, there are no "hidden" fees in our auctions ...what you bid is
what you pay!
The
only exception to this may be if a domain name, for example,
has expired, but has not yet been cancelled. A renewal fee of
$6.95 will apply, which is what GoDaddy charges me to keep the domain
active. Once it is renewed, then I transfer it to you, and you
get to enjoy my discounted domain price of $6.95 for the first year!
If you purchased directly from GoDaddy, you would have to pay $8.95,
so I'm saving you money, too! If this fee applies, it will be
clearly stated and repeated throughout the auction listing.
Tangible items shipping policy:
For tangible items, we ship our products out via USPS Express Mail,
same day or very next day, unless you would like faster delivery, or
delivery via a different carrier. USPS Express Mail reliably
delivers within 2-3 business days. (For domain names/digital
items, etc, shipping obviously does not apply.)

Tracking Your
Order
For tangible goods, all major carriers now have the ability to track
your order online. After your package has been scheduled for
delivery, a tracking number will be provided to you by us. You
can then track your package via one of the following links:
Domestic
Shipping
Tangible goods can ship to any location in CONUS (Continental United
States). This includes the lower 48, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto
Rico. We will ship to APO or FPO boxes, but Global shipping
rates will apply. We will not ship a product to a U.S.
post office box unless we feel confident that the transaction is not
fraudulent.
Global Shipping
We will gladly ship your item anywhere in the world! Global
delivery rates will apply, and (due to the complexity of location and
service type) are not listed here. If you need Global shipping,
please contact us PRIOR to bidding on our auction, so we can
provide you with an accurate estimate for your bid.
Combined
Shipping
For tangible items, we offer shipping discounts for multiple items
purchased within a 24 hour time frame. Please contact us prior
to placing your bid if you would like to know what type of discount we
can offer. Otherwise, standard shipping rates will apply for
each product.

Payment Methods
We prefer online payments via PayPal. However, you may still
pay with a personal check, bank check (cashier's check, or personal
money order). Only Paypal payment, money orders or cashier's
checks will process upon receipt of funds. Personal check
funds *MUST* clear our bank before we will release the product to
you. No exceptions!
IMPORTANT! --- Please read carefully ---
Immediate payment required - unless you contact us
prior to placing your bid and/or
winning the auction, and we make an exception for you, you
will receive negative feedback if
payment is not made immediately after winning the auction and
receiving your invoice.
For those auctions that we have made
an exception for, or that do not specify immediate payment
required, you will have exactly 5 days (Saturdays and Sundays
included) to pay for your item. If, for some reason, you need
extra time, again - contact us, and we will work it out. Do
not assume that we will just "wait around" for you to pay for your

Order Processing Time
Due to the nature of things, including having a wife and 3 kids,
sometimes I'm not as quick on the draw as I'd like to be.
However, most of the time, I get products out the door (or digital
door, in some cases) either same day, or the very next day. I
pride myself on my fast shipping, and my feedback reflects that!
Safety and Security
Your personal information is just that ...YOURS! We will
NEVER resell or rent your information to anyone else - it is
only used by us to ship your product. We want you to feel
comfortable purchasing from us!

Policy, Warranty and Auction Terms |

bidding on this item, you hereby agree to the following:
(REALLY fine print!)
- (Tangible
products only) All products, unless indicated otherwise
in the auction listing, is listed for auction "AS-IS".
- Customers must
inform us of any order discrepancy within 72 hours from the
delivery date. Otherwise, we assume you are satisfied with
your product. We do not want to find out "you ordered green,
but got black" in our feedback rating. Contact us!
- (Tangible
products only) If we cannot replace your item with an acceptable
substitute, we will issue a full refund.
- If you feel that
the item your received isn't what was advertised, please provide
photographic proof. It's entirely possible (and probably
likely) that it was the carrier that caused the damage. In
this case, shipping insurance is HIGHLY recommended. A few
dollars will buy you much peace of mind. If you do not
purchase shipping insurance, please do not ask us to make an
exception.
- Refund decision
is solely up to the seller, based on the circumstances,
proof provided, and other detailed factors. Due to the
excessive amount of fraud that goes on daily on eBay, we reserve
the right to decide if you are trying to pull a fast one on us.
We realize that most people are good, and try to respect that :)
Warranty
If a product we list for auction has a factory warranty included, it
will be clearly stated in the auction. It will also state
exactly what method must be used to file a warranty claim for that
product.
Product Testing
Every physical product we sell, with the exception of new, sealed
items, and those otherwise clearly stated, are FULLY tested for
reliability before an auction even gets posted. After the
auction is over, prior to packaging, the product may be tested again
(mainly because I'm a Capricorn, and that's how I roll, lol)
before sealing the box and shipping it to you.

feedback shows that! If you have a problem with your auction
win, ANY problem with it whatsoever (whether it's a defective
product, problem with domain name registration...whatever) contact
us FIRST before leaving feedback. 999 times out of
1000, we can work something out. If not, then we refund your
money. Simple as that.
Technical Support
Technical support is offered on a limited basis for most products.
For tangible items, we will do our best to help solve your dilemma
via e-mail or phone. If we can't figure out why it doesn't
work the way we said it would, we will offer you a refund on the
purchase price. Period. We do not sell junk, and want
our customers to feel like we truly care about them - because we do!
For digital products and domain names, we will handle all the online
paperwork on this end. All you have to do is supply us with
the name, address, phone number and e-mail address you want the
domain to be registered to. We take care of the rest!
Once we have entered the information into GoDaddy's database that
you are the new owner of the domain, they take over from there.
They will send you an e-mail, asking you to confirm ownership, and
include 2 security codes that you must enter before taking
ownership.
Once the domain has successfully been transferred to you, there will
be no refunds, unless the domain is successfully transferred back to
us. All US-based registrars require a 60 day waiting period
between ownership transfers.
Finally, we would like to thank you for taking the time to not only
look at our listing, but read the fine print. If you made it
this far, without skipping ...well, you're scaring us :)
